Sun. 07/18/2010 - Governors Island

Governors Island, where this weekend's "Jazz Age Lawn Party" was held, used to be a military base for about two centuries until it was open to public in 1996. Now, it is a great place to do a family picnic, experience historic offices quarters under the hundreds years old trees.
