NoLita and Lower East Side have many nice places crowed with these hip downtowners...but today, I wanted to go a place with no fuss around and I could feel comfortable eating all alone. I found this tiny-less than 15 seats-French place in Lower East Side. The place was called "Zucco: Le French Diner" and Zucco is the French owner. The food was very authentic and I fell in love with the place...Today, I just had simple Croque Monsieur, but next time I want to try other dishes as well, they all looked good. And it was another treasure I found!

As much as I liked the food, I liked that it came out with a real cloth napkin with silver ring.
Mini cupcakes on Broadway, they also has little stand on Spring Street. I could indulge some sweets without guilty feeling.
