Wed. 06/16/2010 - MoMA, The Buiding

The current MoMA was designed by Yoshio Taniguchi and renovated from 2002 to 2004. And among all the big museums in NYC, I always liked the MoMA building after the renovation the most. At Met. I get lost, at Whitney I feel stuck and close phobia, and at Guggenheim I feel like I am climbing a mountain. At MoMA, I feel comfortable walking around in airy spaces and never miss any gallery on a floor or any piece in a gallery. Thinking about that, today I also looked at the building itself carefully.
